Special EventsWhat is Founder's Day?
Founder's Day marks the official opening of the academic year and celebrates the founders of the medical school. The ceremony features awards to outstanding faculty identified over the past year, a keynote address, the presentation to the M1 class of their first white coat and their first recitation of the Physician's Creed. The Founder's Day ceremony is followed by a reception. Families and friends are welcome to attend the ceremony. There are no tickets necessary, though seats are limited. |
