Please review and familiarize yourself with the proper way to request room reservations. Once you have read through these rules you may access the room request form at the link below. - Please designate one student from your organization for each reservation. This student is responsible for the reservation and is required to be present at the event.
- Confirm your speakers and special guests are available for the date you are requesting before you submit your request. This will eliminate unnecessary reservations in the system allowing for more options for other groups.
You can view the Event Management Systems website where rooms for event/meeting reservations are managed. Please use this site: Event Management Systems to look up availability of a space prior to requesting it. - Go to https://fsmweb.northwestern.edu/VirtualEMS/
- Click on Browse>Browse Events
- View the Date by Location to see what events are being held on each date.
All room reservation requests must be submitted via the website. Because of the large number of requests being made, we are not able to process phone, e-mail and in person requests. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of the room request. You will receive an e-mail confirmation for your reservation from Kasandra Lewis.
