| Founders' Day marks the official opening of the academic year and celebrates the founders of the medical school. The ceremony features awards presented to outstanding faculty identified over the past year, a keynote address, presentation of white coats to the M1 class, and their first recitation of the Physician's Creed. A reception, sponsored by the Office of Alumni Relations and Student Programs and Professional Development, follows the Founders' Day ceremony. Families and friends are welcome to attend the ceremony. No tickets are necessary, though seats are limited. | |
