Medical School Transcripts

All ERAS applicants will have an official copy of their medical school transcript scanned into the system automatically (usually in late October to allow for the posting of as many grades as possible).

Photographs

The Office of Student Programs and Professional Development arrange for pictures to be taken on campus in at the beginning of the academic school year. These photos (if purchased from the photographer) can be used for ERAS.

You may submit one photograph to our office to be scanned or uploaded. You can either bring it to our office or e-mail it to d-hill4@northwestern.edu.

The photograph must:

• be in color
• show a full front view of the person's head and shoulders showing full face centered in the middle of the photograph
• have a plain white or light colored background since dark colored backgrounds do not display very well in the program's software
• measure approximately 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches and not more than 3 x 4 inches

If you are sending it electronically the photo must:

• be a JPG file
• be under 100kb
