Description:  Since 1974, The Olive W. Garvey Fellowship Program has awarded fellowships biennially to outstanding college students around the world through a competitive essay contest on the meaning and significance of economic and personal liberty. 

Eligibility:  Open to currently enrolled students age 35 or younger.

Award Amount:  Up to $2,500

Duration/Location of Program:  Submit essay of 3,000 words or less (see Web site for details).
