Description:  The William Osler Medal is awarded annually for the best unpublished essay on a medical historical topic written by a U.S. or Canadian medical student.  The writer of the winning essay will be invited to attend AAHM Annual meeting where the medal will be conferred.  

Eligibility:  Open to all medical students and recent medical graduates. M.D./PhD students not eligible to participate.

Award Amount: The Osler Medal & an expense paid trip to the AAHM meeting.

Duration/Location of Program:  Attend the AAHM Annual Meeting
