Description:  The Health Careers Department was established in 1976. The goal is to encourage capable persons to train for careers in various health fields and to pursue efforts to fund an ever-increasing number of students. The scholarship program provides over 40 scholarships each year to students preparing for careers in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and various other health-related professions.
