Sarnoff Endowment Biomedical Science Research Fellowship Program

Description:  Selects up to 18 fellows each year to conduct 12 months of either clinical or basic science cardiovascular research in a U.S. institution preferably one other than the medical school in which they are enrolled . Applicants must select a medical school faculty and an institution at which to perform research.

Eligibility:  Students who have completed their second year of medical school. Can not be enrolled in an M.D. /PhD program 

Award Amount: Stipend, travel & moving expenses, and financial support to attend AHA Scientific sessions. 

Duration/Location of Program:  12 consecutive months
