Description: The Western Pennsylvania Health Preceptorship Program provides a summer preceptorship in a community or rural hospital setting. Students will observe, experience and understand the medical and clinical ascpects of community health care delivery, and also to recognize its economic, cultural, social and enviornmental components. Elgibility: Students in between M1 and M2 year; must have ties or interest in Western Pennsylvania or a special interest in rural health care.
