The Carter Center - Internship Program

Program Description: The Carter Center Internship Program began in 1984 and is listed in the Princeton Review’sGuide of Top Internship Programs. Each year, more than 110 students intern at The Carter Center in one of three sessions: fall, spring, and summer. The internship offers a variety of project and research opportunities for students in mental and public health, human rights, global development, and other programs.

Eligibility: Open to enrolled students

Award Amount: Varies

Duration/Location of Program: 10-week session (summer); at least 20 hours a week, preferably 40 hours;15-week session (fall & spring); at least 20 hours a week.
