Description: This program is designed to expose ethnic minority students to a setting where they can work closely with a psychiatrist mentor. The emphasis is on clinical work with underserved minority populations and mental health disparities. Eligibility: Open to currently enrolled ethnic minority medical students. Student must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. permanent resident.Ethnic minorities are: American-Indian, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian, Asian-American, African-American, and Hispanic/Latino.
