The goal of the Program on Epidemiologic Approaches to Behavior Change is to apply epidemiologic and biostatistical methodology to determine the distribution of health behaviors in the population and to quantify the contribution of health behaviors to the burden of chronic and infectious diseases. In order to achieve these goals, the program maintains active collaborations across multiple programs within the IPHAM Center for Behavior and Health and throughout the medical school and university. We hold regular meetings to discuss ongoing research and to identify opportunities to advance our mission.
