Through our commitment to education, research and clinical innovation, The Center for Primary Care Innovation (CPCI) works to develop, test and disseminate novel methods that will help make primary care better. Our goals are to attract talented Northwestern trainees to primary care, test new ways to improve care delivery and to promote the adoption of innovative practices.

National Collaborative on Social Determinants of Health
The National Collaborative for Education to Address the Social Determinants of Health (NCEAS) develops educational resources that prepare healthcare professionals to recognize and respond to social factors that influence health. The initiative is supported by funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration.
