Graduate Testing Instructions
Chicago Campus Testing Instructions
Testing will take place in the lobby of 345 E. Superior St. Appointments for this location are now managed through our partnership with Northwestern Medicine. In order to schedule your test, you will need to setup a MyNM account, if you do not already have one, using these instructions:
- Click here to sign up for a MyNM account (or first download the MyNM app if accessing from a mobile device).
- Choose “Access for Myself” under the “What Type of Access Do You Need?” heading.
- Enter some basic demographic information to complete your registration.

Graduate Students with COVID-19 Symptoms
Please note that only asymptomatic individuals will be tested at Jacobs Center and 345 E. Superior St. Testing for students demonstrating symptoms of COVID-19 will be available throughout the quarter at Northwestern Medicine’s Immediate Care Centers and via appointment through Northwestern Health Services.
Fall Quarter Periodic Testing
Periodic testing of graduate students will continue throughout the Fall Quarter beginning the week of September 21. When you are selected to participate, you will receive an email with guidance on next steps. All graduate students will use the MyNM resource to schedule these tests.
