In 2009, Northwestern Memorial HealthCare and Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine launched the Northwestern Medicine® strategic plan. Since then, hundreds of people across the campus have been working together to shape our vision of becoming a top academic medical center. HomepageOn Monday, January 30, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine launched its redesigned homepage along with several other sections, including Admissions and About Feinberg. The changes are part of a large, multiphase initiative that began recently and will continue with department and informational pages. Using data-driven design concepts, Feinberg has changed the way users get information, making desired material more accessible. "This effort goes beyond a basic facelift to include a reorganization of content and is built on a new content management system," said Tom Garritano, senior executive director of communications. "The homepage is an important reflection of the Feinberg brand to the outside world, and this redesign will make it easier for all of our users to find key information quickly. It will also help us to better tell the overall Feinberg story."
