Sample Aid Packages

Northwestern University offers eligible students federal loan assistance, less any other aid/resources received, to cover up to 100 percent of their cost of attendance. The cost of attendance changes each year, and it includes tuition, fees, room and board, transportation and other figures.

Below are general examples of a financial aid package.  In the examples, the student is a citizen or permanent resident of the United States who does not have adverse credit.

The examples above are NOT a commitment of the loan or grant assistance you will receive. Eligibility for assistance is based on the information you provide on your FAFSA and will be determined by Chicago Financial Aid Office. Approval for the Graduate PLUS is at the discretion of the direct loan program and is based on your credit worthiness (and that of a co-signer if you are required to have a co-signer).
