Annual Processes

Administrators are responsible for a number of faculty affairs–related annual tasks. The following pages detail the procedures, documents and timelines associated with each.

  • Faculty Performance Review
    Faculty performance review is administered using the Feinberg Faculty Portal. Ensure that your department's performance review cycle is scheduled on the FAO calendar.
  • Promotion & Tenure
    Find timelines and checklists needed to submit candidates for promotion or tenure consideration.
  • Faculty Hiring Plan
    Use this plan to document all the positions you expect to fill in the upcoming fiscal year.
  • Reappointments
    Follow these instructions to submit faculty for reappointment or make annual appointment changes.
  • Annual Disclosure Survey
    Faculty who do not complete this required survey will have their faculty appointments terminated for lack of compliance.
