Focus of Work


Dr. Mendelson is an instructor and research investigator at Northwestern University and an attending neurologist at Northwestern Medicine. The breadth of his research experience includes health services, systems operations, quality improvement, qualitative methods, and bioethics. His current research is focused on patient decision-making preferences about acute stroke interventions. Dr. Mendelson also leads the NU Stroke and Neurocritical Care fellowship didactic and journal club meetings.
