A Night With Northwestern at the Theater: Paradise Square | Chicago, Illinois
Friday, December 3, 2021 | 7:30 p.m. CST

The Northwestern Alumni Association (NAA) and School of Communication invite you to experience the pre-Broadway premiere of Paradise Square, with lyrics co-written by Masi Asare, assistant professor of theatre at the Northwestern University School of Communication, at the James M. Nederlander Theatre. Paradise Square will be the first major pre-Broadway show to raise its curtain in Chicago after the prolonged closure of live theater due to the global pandemic. An exclusive post-show discussion will follow featuring Asare and E. Patrick Johnson, dean of the School of Communication and the Annenberg University Professor of Performance Studies and African American Studies. Please email with questions.

Virtual Event: WIM Yoga Class
Wednesday, December 8, 2021 | 7:30–8:00 a.m. CST

The MAA Women in Medicine subcommittee invites you to carve out some time for yourself this holiday season and join us for 30 minutes of yoga to start your day. Whether you are a regular yogi or a brand new one, come be part of this Vinyasa class for women in medicine with Anjali Gupta ’91, ’94 MD, ’96 GMER, a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher. All levels are welcome.

Northwestern Medical Orchestra Fall Concert | Hybrid: In-Person and Online
Friday, December 10, 2021 | 7:00 p.m. CST

The Northwestern Medical Orchestra (NMO) is pleased to invite you to its 2021 Fall Concert on December 10 for an evening of string orchestra and wind ensemble performances, including pieces by Elgar, Mackey, Vaughan Williams, Still, and much more!

NMO musicians include alumni, physicians, medical students, staff, and other members of the Northwestern community.

Limited tickets are available for in-person attendance at Hughes Auditorium (303 East Superior Street). Advanced registration for in-person or virtual attendance is required.
