| As of June 6th, 2007 Northwestern Memorial Hospital will be charging Medical Students a $25 fee to replace the hospital badges. Steps in getting new NMH badge: - Stop by the Augusta Webster Office of Medical Education, Ward 1-003 and talk to Lisa Wittig to request a new badge.
- Wait for e-mail from Lisa stating your badge is ready for pick up from hospital (directions included in e-mail).
- Go to the Cashier's Office on the Mezzanine Level of the Feinberg Pavilion to pay the $25 replacement fee.
- Bring receipt from Cashier's Office with you to ID Processing also on Mezzanine Level of Feinberg Pavilion during their hours of operation listed below to pick up your badge.
