Description:  The goal of the Summer Institute is to stimulate interest in pursuing careers in academic geriatric medicine and geriatric research. This weeklong conference will provide medical students an opportunity to gain exposure to academia and research in geriatric medicine. Students will participate in lectures, seminars, case discussions and site visits to research and clinical programs.

Eligibility: Open to 3rd and 4th year students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Student must have a background in geriatric medicine through either research, curricular or extracurricular activity involvement.

Award Amount: Full financial support is available
