Student organizations that are recognized for the Feinberg Student Senate have access to reserving space on campus through the Student Programs and Professional Development. It is recommended that organizations submit a campus space requests as early as possible to increase your chances of rooms/space being available.  You will be notified via email with your confirmed reservation. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If you need a room for multiple days for the same event please indicate this under the "additional comments" section at the bottom of the form.

Keys: For rooms and AV access must be signed out during business hours, 8:30am - 4:30pm, from Ward 4-334. Students are required to pre-arrange a time to pick up keys by emailing Gail Rosenblum at g-rosenblum@northwestern.edu.

**Please Note** When reserving Daniel Hale Williams or rooms in McGaw you will need to provide your own laptop. There will not be laptops in these rooms for student group use.
