Educational & Professional Practice Research
In the area of educational and professional practice researchers, our faculty members have an interest in assessing professional education with respect to student learning, development of social responsibility, and benefits of international education experiences. Specific research areas include novel work roles for physical therapists, development of cultural competency and physical therapists’ knowledge about health literacy, attitudes toward patient-centered care, and their patient teaching practices.
