Our Students
With total student enrollment approaching 230 students we admit about 80 students per year. We attract students from all over the United States and most classes include several international students. While most students have science backgrounds, others come from social sciences, music, athletic training, dance, and other areas. Non-traditional students who enroll in physical therapy school one year or more post-college, represent about 18% of our enrollment, and have had early careers in areas as diverse as dance, business, aviation, teaching, the U.S. military, and health policy consulting. We have ongoing initiatives to increase class diversity and attract students from underrepresented minorities.
