Research and Education for Academic Achievement (REACH)

The Research and Education for Academic Achievement (REACH) Practice Based Research Network is affiliated with the Center for Community Health and is directed by faculty in the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine’s Department of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine. REACH is comprised of 17 clinical sites including private practices and federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) with more than 200 member physicians and over 200,000 patients.

The mission of the REACH Practice-Based Research Network is to establish a durable, mutually beneficial partnership between the Feinberg School of Medicine and its affiliated community physicians through an organized infrastructure that fosters translational research, practice-based research, quality improvement, continuing medical education, and the academic growth and development of community based physicians.
