Blood Pressure

Many of approximately 50 million Americans who have high blood pressure are unaware that they have this "silent killer".

Shaking the salt habit helps control blood pressure. But study findings show that the DASH Diet -Dietary Approaches to Stopping Hypertension (a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, nuts & legumes) is a more effective way of lowering blood pressure.
