Please fill in the form below to request a visit and tour of our department. We are in session during most weekdays but are not available on the weekend.  

Note: not all class sessions are open to visitors, therefore we ask you to be as flexible as you can in identifying your available times below if you would like to sit in on a class. Our students are in the clinic during mid-June through September, therefore classroom visits are not available during these times.
