| From the Awards Committee Please consider your fellow alumni and send in nominations for the Outstanding Alumnus of the Year, Outstanding Researcher Award, and Outstanding Young Alumnus of the Year Awards (descriptions provided below).
A PT who over the past years has demonstrated a significant contribution in the areas of practice, public relations, legislation, and education or membership. This individual also has contributed to the Northwestern University Department of Physical Therapy and Human Movement Sciences (PTHMS) in the form of participation in the student program, support for educational endeavors, and/or financial contributions. A PT who is a graduate of the program within the last 5 years and has demonstrated, in the past year, a significant contribution in the areas of practice, public relations, legislation, and education or membership. This individual also has contributed to PTHMS in the form of participation in the student program, support for educational endeavors, and/or financial contributions.
A PT who is a graduate of the program and who has contributed in the area of research at Northwestern, their place of employment, various organizations (e.g., IPTA, APTA), or other academic programs that improves the profession as a whole by providing objective measurement and sound reasoning to the practice of physical therapy.
