DPT Requirements There are several factors that determine admission into the program. Please review this page for information on the requirements to apply.

DPT Prerequisites Besides having obtained a Bachelor's degree, there are specific classes which must be completed before matriculation at the school. This page details the course work that you must complete prior to arriving at Northwestern.

DPT Technical Standards Physical therapy is a professional degree, and applicants, students, and alumni are held to a number of technical standards to ensure patient safety.

DPT Application  Applications will be accepted until 10/17/2010. Use PTCAS to access the online application.  We encourage you to submit all materials early as it generally takes PTCAS several weeks to receive and verify all materials. Your applications will not be sent to us until all materials are received and verified by PTCAS.

DPT Supplemental Application Fee Check should be made out to NUPTHMS in the amount of $40.00 and mailed to:
