The drop-in center where students may obtain technical assistance is now located on the ninth floor of the Rubloff Building, Room 9-918 (750 N. Lake Shore Drive). An NU technical employee will be available each afternoon Monday - Friday. If the technical support person can provide immediate assistance they will do so. If the problem is beyond something they can help with they will provide recommendations of other sources of support. In some cases they may have to schedule an appointment with you so that they can set aside ample time to assist you with the technical difficulty.
