Superior Street).  Please call (312) 503-0105 to reserve a time.  You may also write to studentsupport@northwestern.edu to provide your name and contact telephone number so that we can confirm your appointment.

At the time of your appointment the technical support person will try to provide immediate assistance.  If the problem is beyond something they can help with immediately, they will provide recommendations of other sources of support.  In some cases they may need to set aside more time to assist you with the technical difficulty.
