Christina Papadimitriou, Ph.D. is currently a postdoctoral research fellow in the Institute for Healthcare Studies at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.  Dr. Papadimitriou received her Ph.D. from the Department of Sociology at Boston University.  Her current research interests in include: Sociology of Health and Illness; Sociology of the Body; Phenomenology; Social Theory; Sociology of Difference; Disability; Organization of Rehabilitation Settings; Qualitative Methods; Methods in Field Research.
