Post-Doctoral Fellowship Program in Health Services Research The purpose of the Northwestern University Health Services Research Post-Doctoral Fellowship is to help ensure that adequate numbers of highly trained individuals are available to carry out the Nation's health services research agenda in order to improve quality and safety of health care, enhance access and healthcare equity, and appraise the effectiveness of healthcare expenditures.
