Every year, the Northwestern Center for Patient Safety (CPS) recognizes two individuals or teams who have made significant achievements in the promotion of patient safety through research or education.  You can nominate anyone, including yourself for an award.  The winners are chosen by the CPS Executive Committee which is comprised of staff and faculty at Northwestern University and Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
