Alumnus, Dr. Howard Traisman, and his wife Mrs. Regina Traisman "anted up" with medical students on November 30, 2007. Dr. and Mrs. Traisman, devoted supporters of the Medical School and the Traisman Student Center, recently donated a poker table to the Center, in memory of Dr. Traisman’s father, former faculty member and avid poker player, Dr. Alfred Traisman. The Traismans gathered with second year medical students, Praveen Anchala, Oneil Bhalala, Rachel Frank, Steve Garcia, Leo Han, Alan Micev, Neel Naik, and Martin Pham to break in the table with an inaugural hand.
