Purpose:
This form is used to increase and decrease budgets on Fund 0022, 0024 & 0037 accounts. (RBAC's are not processed for Gift, Endowment Income Spending, Payroll Suspense or Grant Cost Share accounts).
Routing and Approval:
All RBAC's must be sent to FSM-Finance & Budget for review and approval.
