Lurie Building food court
The 125-seat food court gets a trial run at the opening of the Lurie Medical Research Center last spring.

Q When will the food court open in the Lurie Research Center?

A According to Janet Stevens, associate dean for administrative operations, the opening of the 1,000-square-foot food court has been rescheduled for May 1. Located on the ground floor of the Robert H. Lurie Medical Research Center of Northwestern University at 303 East Superior Street, the food court will seat 125 and include Jazzman's Cafe, serving coffee, baked goods, tea, and salads, and Pandini's, serving pasta, pizza, sandwiches, and the like. Hours for the food court are tentatively set for 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., but may change based on the needs of faculty and staff members and students.
