- Must be recognized by their home institution and Feinberg as achieving an acceptable quality standard for clinical care based upon institutional and departmental peer review
- Expected to contribute to the academic mission of Feinberg as requested. Example: Didactic teaching of residents and/or students; clinical teaching of students or residents in context of hospital or office; attendance at Grand Rounds, academic productivity (e.g., publish papers, participate in clinical trials); interview residents
Conversion to the Clinician-Educator track is possible with approval from a Feinberg department chair, the dean of Feinberg and Northwestern University provost based upon undertaking professional activities consistent with the Clinician-Educator track.
