Offer Letter Process

Before they are sent to regular faculty recruits, draft offer letters need pre-approval by Faculty Affairs for these specific initial appointments: tenured Associate Professors and tenured Professors, tenure-eligible Assistant Professors and tenure-eligible Associate Professors, and non-tenure-eligible full-time faculty at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor.
