I seek to understand how motivational processes within and outside of our awareness regulate our daily physical activity and sedentary behavior, and how daily fluctuations in those behaviors influence health outcomes (e.g., quality of life). My goal is to develop low burden interventions that help people to create meaningful behavior change in the context of their daily lives.
