These works include biomarker identification, variant detection, drug discovery and repositioning, novel nano-based assay development, etc, which focus on application side, such as molecular diagnosis and treatment, by pipeline integration of varies of tools (developed in-house or third party) as well as advanced analysis of pathways, functions, diseases, compounds and so on, which emphasize the interpretation in biology. I am also interested in molecular modeling, such as molecular dynamics simulation, coarse grain simulation, monte carlo simulation, etc., which are also widely applied in compounds screening at atomic level.[Shorten text]
