I am interested in the treatment of spinal column and cord disease, specifically traumatic, degenerative, and neoplastic processes. I am currently investigating the outcomes of people with post-traumatic syringomyelia. In addition, I am studying the effect of surgical treatment on basal energy expenditure in those with lumbar spondylolisthesis.
