Also, their effects on tissues versus those effects of more conventional means and how lasers improve the quality of life of our patients. I have another large interest in the use of Connective Tissue for Dental Surgical Grafting and further its use via minimally invasive surgical techniques. With connective tissue we are now able to make complete repairs on exposed roots of teeth. With the Subepithelial Connective Tissue Graft and with the correct indicators we can create for a 100 per cent repair of tissue and bone and hence complete root coverage and the saving of teeth and surrounding structures. Also, the use of mathematical formulas to create for correct width to length ratios when creating surgical aesthetic crown lengthening procedures as part of surgical-restorative procedures and reconstruction. Finally, the use of immediate dental implants and their placement relative to the extraction socket and via the use of a minimally invasive technique (an atraumatic incisionless-flapless-no suturing technique) to yield predictable restorative outcomes and hence better aesthetics, minimal pain, bleeding and swelling and therefore a better quality of life for our patients.[Shorten text]
