Melissa Marinelli, MD Medical School: Northwestern University Undergraduate:  Georgetown University

Melissa Marinelli is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha. She graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in American Studies, cum laude. Melissa spent one year as a paralegal with the Department of Justice in DC before moving to Chicago to complete her post-bacculaureate pre-medical program at Loyola University. She worked as a medical assistant with Logan Square Medical Group for an additional year before medical school. While at Northwestern, Melissa was awarded an International Health Fellowship to conduct health services research in Bolivia. She also served as a board member for NU-AID (Alliance for International Development), participated in several medical school service committees, and volunteered with the Community Health Clinic of Chicago.
