Sara Friedman, MD Medical School:  University of Minnesota Undergraduate:  Washington University

Sara Friedman is a member of Alpha Delta Epsilon, Alpha Chi Sigma, and the Golden Key National Honor Society. She earned the Stanley Fellowship Research Award, the Medical Students for Choice Research Award, the Pfizer Corporation Summer Research Fellowship, and a Merck Index Award. Sara was awarded the “Most Clinically Relevant” poster presentation at the 2005 American College of Physicians Annual Conference. She has also presented a poster at the Medical Students for Choice Conference that described a program to help provide residents with training in pregnancy termination. Sara has co-chaired the Women in Medicine and Medical Students for Choice organizations at the University of Minnesota.
