Lunate Dislocation

This is another case of a lunate dislocation. The posteroanterior view and oblique view demonstrate the piece of pie sign. The lateral view would likely demonstrate displaced lunate in the volar direction.

Here is another patient with a lunate dislocation, this view being the lateral. The spilled tea cup sign is easily recognizable on this image as the volar displaced lunate is rotated as depicted by the arrow.
