Triquetral fracture

This set of radiographs demonstrates a dorsal chip on the lateral radiograph, likely from a triquetral fracture. Correlating with the patient's pain, the patient required a short arm cast for 2-4 weeks.

This is an xray series from a 37 year old male who tripped over a cord, fell down some stairs and landed on his right wrist. Notice the dorsal chip fracture again, this time with visibility of the fracture on the oblique film, signifying a triquetral fracture.
