This 65 year old male was wrestling with a friend and injured his left 4th finger.  He complains of swelling of the PIP joint.  On exam his finger is deviated laterally at the PIP joint with swelling and tenderness.  Reduction was attempted without change in the patient’s pain and swelling.  What does his X ray show?
