| May returned to Northwestern in February 2006 (May did a preliminary surgery year at Northwestern before moving to New York to start EM at Lincoln Medical. She wanted to return to Chicago and we were fortunate to be able to bring her back). While in medical school May presented at the SAEM regional meeting. She was class secretary for four years, assistant editor for the yearbook, founding member of an a capella singing group, and a volunteer spanish translator for a free clinic. May enjoys oil painting, jazz and tap dance, musical theater, running, singing and swimming
