Global Health Emergencies Course, March 5-16, 2012.
The Global Emergency Medicine Program at the Weill Cornell Medical College Division of Emergency Medicine / New York-Presbyterian Hospital is pleased to announce the second annual two-week, state-of-the art CME course aimed at healthcare providers engaged in international work.

This course will feature a series of didactic lectures and interactive workshops, seminars, field trips, documentaries, and evening keynote addresses, guided by global experts in public health and policy. Ramdas,  Executive Director of Ripples to Waves: Program on Social Entrepreneurship and Development at Stanford University’s Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law (CDDRL). As we experience an era of global financial crisis, individuals and institutions are questioning funding and implementation of global health programs. What will our priorities be, and what factors will shape those priorities?
